Quality assurance encompasses every aspect of our business, from administration to installation. In-built quality starts with research and development and continues right through design, project management, production, installation and maintenance; each section has quality related responsibilities.

Each work centre has a “do it right the first time” approach, which is the key to quality, cost reduction, productivity and customer satisfaction.

To help achieve this objective, quality challenges arising in various areas are identified and solved with speed, technical efficiency, and economy. The methods employed are continually under review and techniques improved whenever and wherever necessary.

“Quality Assurance” means exactly what it implies: assurance that quality is satisfactory when compared with the reference standard or specification by using testing, sampling or other accredited methods. The company requires such assurance before goods can be supplied to our customer.
